For many young people, high school marks a period when confidence is built, identity takes shape, and future pathways begin to open or quietly close. Aharai!’s high school programs meet youth at this defining moment, equipping them with the discipline, resilience, and sense of responsibility needed to rise.

Through four tailored program tracks, participants train together weekly, take on real challenges, serve their communities, and build lasting bonds with peers from every sector of Israeli society. By the time they graduate, they are not simply better prepared for military or civic service. They are already becoming the leaders Israel will depend on next.
