Aharai!’s Career Center is not a standalone job placement program. It is the final stage of a long-term leadership pipeline that begins in adolescence and continues through military service. By the time participants are ready to integrate into the workforce, they are not starting from scratch; they are building on years of discipline and real-world experience.
The program addresses one of the biggest barriers facing young people from Israel’s periphery: access. Through mentorship, practical career training, and direct connections to leading employers, Aharai! translates potential into measurable outcomes, including stable employment and long-term economic mobility.

CAREER SERVICES
The Career Center helps alumni navigate life after the army with personalized career guidance, educational support, and meaningful professional connections. Through one-on-one advising, workshops, networking events, CV development, and interview preparation, participants gain the skills and resources needed to pursue their next opportunity. For alumni returning from extended reserve duty, the Career Center also provides dedicated assistance to help ease the transition back to civilian life, offering mental health resources, direct employer connections, and individualized guidance as they reenter the workforce. As a licensed placement agency under Israel's Ministry of Economy, the Career Center leverages a broad network of strategic partners to connect young professionals with leading employers and launch them into the next stage of their careers.
