Aharai! has spent nearly three decades building one of the strongest infrastructures in Israeli civil society.
With deep, trusted relationships spanning the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Education, and more than 150 municipalities, Aharai! combines national reach with the infrastructure and operational expertise to mobilize at a scale few organizations in Israel can match.
These elite relationships make it possible for Aharai! to reach even more segments of underserved youth – including those who have never been part of a youth movement or even considered joining one.
JOINING FORCES WITH FIDF
Aharai! and Friends of the Israel Defense Forces have launched a strategic partnership in the United States, linking FIDF’s national philanthropic reach with Aharai!’s decades of work developing young Israelis before, during, and after military service. For Friends of Aharai!, the partnership creates a powerful new bridge to American supporters. For the young people at the center of the work, it strengthens a continuum that begins years before enlistment and remains in place as they become soldiers, commanders, reservists, professionals, and community leaders.
