Israel’s high-tech sector is the engine of its economy, but for thousands of young people in the social and geographic periphery, it remains out of reach. Many lack access to quality STEM education, exposure to the industry, and the practical skills needed to even take a first step. When access is limited, talent goes unrealized and opportunity remains concentrated in too few hands.

Aharai!’s Tech Empowerment Programs were created to help change that equipping motivated teens from every background with the tools, exposure, and technical fluency to access Israel’s innovation economy. Through intensive, cohort-based training, participants meet multiple times a week to learn coding fundamentals, build real digital projects, and develop essential workplace skills, from problem-solving and collaboration to presenting and defending their ideas. Combined with mentorship, site visits, and direct exposure to the country’s most advanced industries, these programs open pathways into Israel’s tech sector, elite IDF units, and the future they are capable of building.
