ALUMNI
SUPPORT THROUGHOUT SERVICE
Military service is one of the most defining periods in a young Israeli’s life, shaping identity and future trajectory. It is also a time of intense pressure, and significant physical and mental demands.
Aharai! provides consistent support throughout each soldier’s service, beginning at enlistment. Combining one-on-one mentorship, in-unit guidance, and ongoing personal contact, these targeted, mentorship-based programs enable soldiers to not only adapt, but rise, stepping into leadership roles as officers and commanders. For many, especially those without a strong family structure, Aharai! becomes a critical safety net, reinforcing resilience, sound decision-making, and leadership under pressure.
As soldiers transition into reserve service and civilian life, Aharai! offers structured career guidance and reintegration support, ensuring that early potential translates into tangible outcomes.

SOLDIER SUPPORT PROGRAM
The Soldier Support Program provides ongoing mentorship to alumni throughout their military service, with a special focus on the critical first six months, when the transition into army life is most difficult. Each soldier is paired with a mentor from their unit, maintaining consistent contact through base visits, phone calls, and regular check-ins to address real-time challenges related to service, integration, and performance.
