Friends of Aharai! is operated by Aharai North America Foundation. We collect information you provide through inquiries, subscriptions, and donations, including contact details, messages, preferences, and donation records. We use this information to respond to you, administer donations, maintain CRM records, send requested updates and fundraising communications, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Authorized Foundation management and providers supporting hosting, analytics, payments, communications, and CRM services may access information as needed for those purposes. We do not give Aharai! Israel staff access to donor or subscriber information. We do not sell, rent, or exchange donor or subscriber lists, upload those lists to advertising platforms, or publish donor names without permission. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect security and legal rights. External websites and payment providers have their own privacy policies.

We retain information as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable recordkeeping requirements, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it; no system is completely secure. You may unsubscribe from fundraising emails or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We handle requests under applicable law, subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements. Our website is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
